Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings are only guaranteed once proof of payment for deposit has been received.
  2. Our cancellation policy permits a 50% refund within 48 hours of the event. No refunds will be permitted on cancellations of event day.
  3. A delivery, setup & collection fee of R450 will be applicable to all orders delivered to businesses and brands.
  4. Our furniture is produced for indoor events. Please ensure that products are suitably protected from outdoor elements.
  5. Clients will be charged for repairs, as a result of any damage to products hired.
  6. All new account holders will be required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of R500.
  7. Delivery times need to be confirmed 1 day prior to an event. No rerouting on the day of an event.
  8. Should a client wish to pickup & return products themselves, it needs to be arranged strictly between 09h30 and 15h00 week days only.
  9. Clients should provide offloading area/delivery details to ensure timeous delivery. Homemade will not be held liable for late delivery & setup, should this information not have been provided.
  10. Our rates are based on a Monday-Thursday and Friday-Sunday period basis. Special rates applicable to long term leases can be arranged.
  11. Delivery outside of Cape Town area P.O.A.
  12. After hour rates are applicable for deliveries/collections after 19h00 or Sundays.
  13. YOCO card facility hire details:
    • The YOCO card facility operates via Bluetooth to a mobile device.
    • If you are not hiring the YOCO card facility with a Tablet/IPad, we will link it to a mobile device that will be running the sale.
    • You will need to download the YOCO app (free). The e-mail account of this mobile device will be required to link to the YOCO card facility. Please send this information through prior to collection.
    • Kindly ensure the mobile device has data when operating the YOCO card facility.
    • All transactions are linked to the device, which you are able to track through the YOCO app.
    • We will demo a transaction on collection, to ensure you are comfortable operating the YOCO card facility.
    • All sales from the event will be transferred into the Homemade CPT account, we will then arrange a Sales Payout into your account (less – bank charges of max 5%) within 3-4 working days, once all funds have been cleared. Please note these transactions only take place during office hours.
    • A Sales Payout to your brand will only occur if the YOCO card machine has been returned to Homemade CPT.
    • The YOCO will need to be collected & returned, at an arranged time, to premises.
